Midbrain - testimonial

I was introduced by my sister this midbrain activation workshop (also known as blind-fold training method) some months ago. I was a bit reluctant to look further on it as I have never heard about midbrain activation before!! Anyhow, after further research on the internet – I am happy to know midbrain acts like a communication tool to connect the left and the right brain; hence it balance the usage on both the left and right brain. Pretty cool ^-^ Since I was searching for a method to boost Qin Kai concentration/learning ability, I am ready to give it a try with no expectation at all!

After the first day training, I am amazed and impressed with Qin Kai ability to perform ‘ice cream stick blindfolded’ as well as the ‘alphabet puzzle blindfolded’. This also boost Qin Kai confident for being able to perform such mission impossible tasks just after the first day of training. He was very excited and looking forward the next day training….Once again, I was happy to discover and unleashed Qin Kai hidden potential!!!

I am grateful Qin Kai have gone through the midbrain activation workshop training and I have observe a great improvement on the focus span – he can now enjoy reading story book for as long as one hour. (I must share with you that, Qin Kai is super active boy and he just can’t sit and read/perform his home works without someone sitting beside him and constantly reminding him to stay focus!!!). This is so great and I am sure all parents out there will be happy if your children can complete their home works within a short time frame and they able to relax and enjoy the other activities they enjoy?? Overall, shouldn’t they be enjoying their childhood?

I have used this as a new family-bonding activities after this midbrain activation, Qin Kai always looking forward the daily practice time and we will perform the brain gym exercise, eye ball movement exercise and all sort of memory training (blind-folded) together. Qin Kai commented he enjoyed the relax and happy moment together. This is something I have been looking for – to be able to spend quality time, be at the present moment with my son and enjoying the activities together. On top of that, it will continue to strengthen this newly found ‘power’!!

 I really grateful and appreciate this unique training and a ‘big thank you’ to theMidbrain Training team. I love to share my joy and experience to all the parents out there. Do not miss this golden opportunity and you would not know this will be the most everlasting gift you can give to your child.

Yoga Road Show....

The very first roadshow experience...Another break through and it was very challenging at first to talk to strangers and share about the products that we are offering; but it is all in your mind and once you step the 'baby step' out - you don't have the time to think of fear!!! What a great experience ;) I am grateful to all MAYI volunteers who share with me their knowledge, experiences and tips; thank you master Mani too for his guidance. Namaskra.

Karma project

Project by Malaysian Yoga Society (MYS)...

A very special day @ Batu Arang as I brought along my son, Qin Kai. It has been difficult to explain to Qin Kai how lucky he was till he has his own experience that day and I am sure this will be one of the very precious life experience for him.

I almost tears when he shared with me after the visit "Mom, thank you so much being my lovely mama and I am so lucky that I have so many other things that the house don't have! I will treasure what I have and appreciate all the time you have spent with me"

Karma project not necessary to donate money and you will not know how you have contributed just been present at the venue.

Anyhow, we can do our karma project even when we are in the house! When is the last time you have a big smile on your face? When is the last time you say 'Please' and 'Thank You'???

I am looking forward to participate in the karma projects by Master Mani and association. Thank you Master Mani. You are simply the best.

Simply Yoga



Yoga is for you and for life; once you can master the basic asanas - align with the breathing, you get the maximun result from it. When you are stress/tired, you can relax/calm your mind through the breathing (pranayama). Through this, you can balance your body and your mind. Even it will take you a while to experience what I am sharing, but I trust you can do it.

Feeling tired at the end of the day after work? Play???

After the joint exercise, you can practice these asana before heading to the bed....
(I know is hard, but, once you get use to do it, it will become a routine and the rewards are there - don't believe, TRY IT OUT ^-^)

The descriptions & benefits for each asana is from left to right.

1. Universal Spinal twist - Relieved tiredness especially the lower back and toned abdominal organs

2. Back stretching pose - It stretches the hamstring muscles, tones and massage the entire abdominal and pelvic region including liver, kidneys, pancreas

3. Catch stretching- Gently tones and massage the female reproductive organs. It also improves flexibility of the neck, shoulder as well as the spine

4. Tiger pose - it tones the female reproductive organs and beneficial for women after childbirth

5. Cobra pose - It tones the ovaries, uterus and help alleviate menstruel and other gynaecological disorders.By arching the spine, the improving the circulation in the back region and toning the nerves

I am sure you are familiar with these asana -  Garudasana, Tadasana, Trikonasana, Vrksasana & Jivabalasana
