My First Yin Yoga Experience


第一次体验阴瑜珈,感受到要如何更能放下、 不比较、静止(定)、放松及保持长时间的姿势,非常棒!

This was my first experience with Yin Yoga. throughout the whole workshop, I am also practicing the 'let go', 'not comparing', 'stillness' and 'stay in a asana for a longer period of time'! What a great experiences.

这过程当然不简单,尤其长时间保持同样的动作,大多数的人都不愿意去面对及接受那个痛。你可知痛的背后就是肌肉将会慢慢的学习放松、伸展,进而段炼骨骼之间的結谛组织吗?
只要能保持这结谛组织通顺、气血也会顺畅,人也渐渐地健康、有活力!

I didn't say it was easy (to be still in a asana for 3-5 minutes), and to get connected to your body.....to listen to the pain and able to be with it ^_^ Once the connective tissues able to relax, stretch and  become healthy again, the 'Chi' or 'Energy' flow will become lively too. Then, you will be more healthy.

阴瑜珈也是往內看,看看我们的五脏六腑,也看看被我们压抑的情感。怪不得现在的人有那么多病痛。请好好的跟自己的身体连接、静下来去听听自己身体的声音。(只因为我们都太忙了!为了忙而忙,或是被科技给控制了,成了低头族! 还是忍不住要离题一下下)

It became norm when you heard those around us suffering all sort of critical illnesses. Perhaps now is the time we have to slow down our pace to listen to our body (pleases spend time wisely for yourself rather than being controlled by the 'technologies'). Yin Yoga is all about looking inward, our internal organs and our suppressed emotions.

在这短短的几小时,我们只能针对盤骨及下背体位法 (这里是对肾经及膀胱经有刺激而达到改善)⋯老师说"只要可以把脚打开,许多问题都能解决!哈哈。别想歪哦"

It was really interesting to find out the inter-connection of our organs vs. emotions and through the practice of Yin Yoga asanas (which mostly seated or by using props) from pelvic opening pose to the stretching of the lower body, the healing will take place gradually.

最後,我想補充一下,这几天持续通过有规律、有意识的呼吸,还有静止的瑜珈动作之后,我能更轻松地进入更深层的静坐。

Well, last but not least, I discovered I am able to get  into my daily mediation with ease after the practice of simple alternate nostril breathing and Yin Yoga.
