I love Yin Yoga

今日心血来潮把学到的阴瑜珈、经络时钟、情绪、身体部位及顔色各重点串连起來。让我感到无比振奋,也对自己的身体更了解,也明白为何时时刻刻维持阴阳平衡的重要性。

You will find below the summary and relation  of 6 pairs of Yin Yang Organs, the respective Meridians Organ Hour, Emotions, Body Parts, Colours and the 5 Elements. I am very excited to be able to view this as a whole and understand further the importance to maintain a balance in everything.

你知道吗人体五大器官-臓器(心、肝、脾、肺、肾)也是主要能量中心。它们与六个次要器官稱为腑的作为輔助。每个器官都有重要的任务,也有著独及有关动作特的关连. 任何一方不平衡都会让人生病了.

There are 5 major organs which also the major 'energy field' - Heart, Lung, Liver, Spleen and Kidney. The supporting organs including small intestine, large intestine, gall bladder, stomach and urinary bladder. Each organs are inter related and have designated duties. Hence, it is very important to maintain the balance.

当人生病时也是阴阳失衡了。阴是寒冷、不动或被动丶平静的能量,阳则是相反的能量,火热的、主动的及活躍的。要保持健康,就得让这两个对应物的能量回歸平衡。

When Yin and Yang  not at the balance stage, you will get sick. 'Yin' is cold, unmoved and quiet while 'Yang' is the opposite. To maintain a healthy body, Yin and Yang must always keep to the balance.

除此之外,如果时常会有情绪问题,不良好生活习惯 - 工作过度, 饮食不当, 沒有规律作息, 运动不足等等也会让人生病了。但是只要我们可以时常保持平靜的心,时常昤听及注意身体那里不舒服了,就大约知道那个脏腑失调了。

Practice listen to our body, calm our emotions, try to maintain work life balance, always eat balance and healthy diet, moderate exercise and adequate rest can prevent us from getting sick.

还有每一对相应的脏腑都有对应的五行元素、包括了水、木、火、金、土。那这五种元素之间又如何互相起作用?看来这要在进階班才会深入研究了。现在只要能够把握好基本功,接下来的就容易了解.

The 5 elements also play an important part in this topic but I will not be able to share further till I attend the next level.  I guess to master what I have discovered now is good enough at this point of time.

好了分享了这么多,现在请參考以下经络与脏腑时钟进行阴瑜珈練习. 让气血顺畅运行, 对全身器官都受益。

Let's get on the mat and start practice the following Yin Yoga sequence at slower pace and hold up to 3 to 5 minutes to experience the "COMPRESSION then REBOUND".

温馨提醒哦阴瑜珈是慢慢的、静静地、往内看的。只有你与自己对话,不去比较的。每个动作停留3至5分钟,注意自己的呼吸,也请量力而为,记得要愛身体多一点。

Gentle reminder that this is your practice, learn to look inward and listen to your body; stress according to your capacity with your natural breath then rest after every pose.

Nothing is more important to be able to communicate with your own body and trust that you can heal yourself.

其实阴瑜珈以外,也可以利用食療 - 利用食物的颜色、不同的温度,针对不同的体質,準備不同的健康有營养的美食. 只要你愿意去做一些改变,简化生活,  活在当下,撑控自己的健康, 做健康的主人.

Apart from Yin Yoga,  balance diet with the 5 colours and 5 temperature will be another good option to keep you healthy. Only when you willing to make the changes, live in the present, slow down your pace and take charge your health. You can live life to the fullest.
