Read the following keys to live a life of Happiness, Joy and Peace. Just extract the pointers that suit you most (take a baby step at a time....)
1. Everyday is a most wonderful day. Consciously adopt an attitude of gratitude
2. Think positive, talk positive and act positive
3. Consciously speak uplifting and kind words with sincerity in your heart
4. Pump up LOVE and Care in whatever you think, say or do
5. Be consciously aware that you can only love others when you truly love yourself
6. Accept yourself and be truly kind to yourself
7. Show appreciation to people in your space
8. Respect and honor others in the same manner you respect and honor yourself
9. Practice TRUE Forgiveness by forgiving yourself and others unconditionally
10. Don't blame, judge or condemn anyone including yourself
11. FREE yourself from anger,frustration, hatred or regret. Resentment doesn't hurt the person you angry at, it hurts you
12. When you lose, don't lose the lesson
13. Live your own life as you would allow others to live theirs. You are fully responsible for your own life
14. When you realize you have made a mistake, take immediately steps to correct it
15. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice
16. spend time alone
17. Talk slowly but think quickly
18. In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling
19. Never laugh at anyone's dreams. People who don't have dreams don't have much
20. When you say "I love you", mean it
21. Marry a man/ women you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversation skills will be as important as any other
