Flu Attack

Do you know you can heal yourself from flu by yoga breathing and cleansing? Try this out when you you suffer cold, nose block or sore throat

Jala Neti
You need a Neti Pot, water and salt
stand with both feet slighty apart
Breathing through mouth, insert pot to right nostril
Tilt head slightly to allow water flow from left
Repeat the other side

Seetari breathing (shitari cooling breathe)
form a 'o' shape and breath through the mouth
You may roll your tongue instead the step above
Close mouth, exhale through nose
Repeat till you feel the cooling sensation in the mouth and entire body feel calm
