Text Neck Management with Essential Oil

继上一则分享手部麻、痛 症状的原发及预防之後
现在我们更深一層去看看肩颈疼痛、头痛、眼睛容易疲倦、上,下背痛、
闷胸等等都与长时间低头、滑手机有密切关系!
既然离不开,那么就要有方法与新时代的"文明病"和平共处!

You might aware that the long hour of sitting in front of your work desk, 
maintaining the same posture is really not a good idea, but what you might not know 
with the extended hours of using your arms and fingers on the 3c;
 It actually the trigger point of backache, neck & shoulder discomfort, headache, 
tired eyes and even difficult of breathing!!!
