Even though this has been the 8th years I am teaching Yoga full time,
I still like to prepare a lesson plan for each of the sessions.
This not only let the students get the best from the time they allocated and
also as a token of appreciation to the trust they have in me.
At time, I will introduce “tools” so it allow you to perform the post in a modified way
. We must follow our own body limitations.
You will never miss me reminding you “never compare”, “take baby steps”, “surrendering” and
this is your own journey —> go with the flow …..
Anyhow, I like to reiterate to achieve a healthy and happy person,
we will need to practice balance in many areas:
