I have shared a very short video clip on FB recently why we use of 'tools' like yoga block & strap. Out of my expectation, the number of people reached > 127 within a very short period of time.
This aligned with the research from the DIGITAL MARKETING that most people prefer to watch 'videos' now. Perhaps it's time I will have to pick up new skills and using new platform for my sharing? #instagram #tik tok #youtube?
Anyhow, before I can proceed, I think I must get through my own 'fear' to face the video recording, I need the flower remedies of #mimulus, #larch and #rock water!
