Get down on the Floor


Feeling tired at the end of the day after work? Play???

After the joint exercise, you can practice these asana before heading to the bed....
(I know is hard, but, once you get use to do it, it will become a routine and the rewards are there - don't believe, TRY IT OUT ^-^)

The descriptions & benefits for each asana is from left to right.

1. Universal Spinal twist - Relieved tiredness especially the lower back and toned abdominal organs

2. Back stretching pose - It stretches the hamstring muscles, tones and massage the entire abdominal and pelvic region including liver, kidneys, pancreas

3. Catch stretching- Gently tones and massage the female reproductive organs. It also improves flexibility of the neck, shoulder as well as the spine

4. Tiger pose - it tones the female reproductive organs and beneficial for women after childbirth

5. Cobra pose - It tones the ovaries, uterus and help alleviate menstruel and other gynaecological disorders.By arching the spine, the improving the circulation in the back region and toning the nerves
