Simply Yoga



Yoga is for you and for life; once you can master the basic asanas - align with the breathing, you get the maximun result from it. When you are stress/tired, you can relax/calm your mind through the breathing (pranayama). Through this, you can balance your body and your mind. Even it will take you a while to experience what I am sharing, but I trust you can do it.
