Fast for Health

Did the title catch your attention?  (Not because that the Ramadan already around the corner ok....)

I personally find that fasting is safe & natural way to heal as well as detoxify the body.

You will service your car when it reaches certain mileage, I am sure your wash the air-con filters, you even clean the drainage periodically and why not the body?

The side effect from the fasting - it can reverse the ageing process, make you look + feel younger and more energetic. If you are feeling tired, heaviness or unwell, it's is the time for you to fast!!

How to fast? There are may ways to do so. I have been following the 'BMS Organics' way for close to 2 years now. You may visit any of the outlet for the guidelines. I like to suggest you have your family members join in the exercise and everybody will enjoy the benefits.

You may also practice the following asanas (yoga postures) to promote the good bowel movement during the fasting period. This is very simple yet very effective.

The asanas also recommended for people who suffering digestive disorders (constipation, indigestion and other digestive upset).
