New Year, New Me

My students kept asking me to share my secrets to maintain good health, good mood, stay happy & keep calm everyday.

Since is a new year and why not you pick from list below and make it your 2016 new year resolution. ^-^

TIP: There's no shortcut to achieve you want, stay focus and be consistent. Make up your mind and you have a CHOICE.( _/\_ )

By the way, there's no particular order or preference, I just LOVE what I  doing ...

Exercise Regularly
  • Fix a time to perform the exercise of your choice at least 2 to 3 times a week and average of 30 to 60 minutes. My pick at this point of time  is Yin Yoga and Roller Massage
  • Love the good mood, positive and uplifted feeling every time after I exercise. (Feel free to do more research and understand further the keyword 'endorphin')

Get Connect With Nature 
  • I enjoy fast walking in my neighbourhood at least twice a week (around 20 to 30 minutes) not only of the morning breeze but also the beautiful sounds from the birds
  • Now, I invite you to take the challenge to walk bare foot (if condition permitted) so you can experience the benefits getting connect with the mother earth
  • Why not check out the 'Earthling' tools (https://www.earthing.com/what-is-earthing/) if you cannot find time to get outdoor. You can still enjoy the "connection" anytime & anywhere

  • Attending workshops, seminar or participate in book reading club
  • There are two major items in my bucket list this year to obtain my aromatherapy certification as well as to move to the next level of Yin Yoga practice. How about you?

Quality Time With Spouses
  • Dating like before (no kids and no parents)
  • Spending quiet time chit chat or catch up movies together

就想回到起初的爱,感觉那种可以去爱及被愛的幸福感

  • To travel yet to be able to deliver services; Love the new experiences from the visit to Phnom Pham, Cambodia with my beloved Teacher TianSoo, Best Wishes organized trip to visit Children @ Yunnan, China and not forgetting the tour to Bali with WorldVentures Foundation

Healthy & Balance Diet 
  • Know what you putting in your body
  • Focus on the quality and not the quantity

  • Good grade of EO help in many ways - it sooth and calm our nerves systems. It bring balance to our hormone too

人与人要有沟通交流,那是很幸福的

Get More Sleep

  • I commit to get more quality sleep with immediate effect
  • A lack of sleep has been the root cause for many sicknesses
  • Quality sleep is crucial to strengthen, build up our own immunity and let the body to kick start the detoxification during the sleeping time
我对自己的承诺,要睡得更好一些
足够优质的睡眠可以让身体自然排毒及修复细胞


Happy Diary
 
  • Find at least one thing to be GRATEFUL for in your life every day; record them in your journal or happy diary
  • The more you practice this, you will be amaze there are more and more good things taking place
  • Share this idea with your siblings or friends and motivate each other every night to keep up the diary
感恩的曰记;  每天都记録让我们感恩的事件
你会发现当你越有感恩的心,会有更多让你可以以感恩的事情发生了

Love Myself More
  • Don't just be good to others; be good to yourself too
  • Give time and space to yourself; it is absolutely even you are not going to do anything
  • why not fix a day of the month to do facial, have a hair cut, medi & pedicure
  • Or simply listen to music, sing along and aloud
  • How about just dance like nobody is watching
想愛别人要先学会愛自己
唯有自己被愛滿足了,才有能力去爱别人 (能力给予身边的人更多的愛)
