My 1st DIY Body Scrub



I love foot spa and body scrub and since I have my YL EO, then I started to explore to prepare my own.....

Why Epsom salt?  It is the major ingredient of all and it is a good agent to remove dead cells and promote healthier skin. It can use as treatment to exfoliate face (but need to be gentle as facial tissues are much softer ok). **


You will need these materials:
  • 1 cup of Epsom salt 
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil (optional V6 or Virgin Olive Oil)
  • Optional: mix 10-15 drops of orange, cypress, rosemary essential 
  • (Or any EO of choice)
Step by step: 
  1. In a container,  mix all ingredients and add essential oils 
  2. Store with airtight container
  3. Use a teaspoon sized amount to exfoliate body as needed
  4. Rinse after use
  5. Massage with YL Cel-lite Magic Massage Oil after shower
  6. Optional Apply 3-5 drops of grapefruit neat 1 -2 times daily to increase fat reducing action in areas of desired  
Why YL Cel-lite Magic Massage oil? It contains essential oil that help reduce fat cells, promote circulation and fat metabolism. It may also help reduce cellulite deposits particularly around the hip. (Isn't this very interesting ^-^?)
Well, the scrub and massage only part of the rituals to get in shape and have a healthy skin. You also need to put in your effort to exercise, take care your diet (remembered you are what you eat!!) and weight loss program / weight training to build muscles and speed up the fat burning.

** As for the facial routine, I read from a 'wellness mama' page and she highly recommend to use 'microfiber' face towel to wash her face. No more worry about chemicals from the skin care products and she noticed her face more radiant ever since! You may check it out yourself.

Meridian Line Combing

今天要分享如何可以轻松在家做一放松脸部的肌肉。

The recommend sequence, Let's get started now.好吧準備好了吗?
  1. Cleanse 清洗
  2. Scrub 去死皮
  3. Apply base cream 按摩霜
  4. Apply blend oil复方油
  5. Follow area to 'comb' 开始刮/刷
 The Tools require:
你所须要的工具
  • Crystal or ceramic 水晶刮痧板或陶制的调羹
  • Blend oil with specific purpose 复方精油
    • Anti Aging/Dry/ Wrinker = V6+sandlewood+Cedarwood
    • Radiant Skin = V6+Rose+SF

  1. Nose bridge 鼻梁
  2. Under eyes 眼下
  3. Cheeks 脸颊
  4. Chin to eyes 下巴

  10. Temper 太阳穴
How often you can do this? 次数
  • 1 to 3 times a week 每星期1至3次
  • For the duration of 10 to 20 minutes. 10至20分钟

Special for Hair Lost 落头发秘方
  •  A drop of rosemary and SF apply  準備好材料
  • Rub mix oil on the tip of comb  把少许的油搽在梳子上
  • Comb from front of head till back (behind ear) 轻松的往後梳头
  • Start with 5 to 10 mins every day  5 至10分钟

学校假期开始了。有什么计划?相信你可以把以下分亨当作其中一个活动.

準備不同的儲存盒,让孩子把自己的玩具歸类收好,或让他们发揮他们的创作力,自由去裝饰他们的房间。

也可以与孩子一起整理,好好享受亲子时光,给他们讲讲每个玩具的由来及故事。

玩具太多或己经不玩了,何不将他们洗乾净,一年一度的圣旦节又要 到来了,有很多非盈利机构都有回收活动。让它们有个新主人。

从小就灌输孩子学会给予,付出及感恩的美德。
