Happy Lunar New Year 2014

In less than few hours, it will be 'officially' entering the year of Horse.

In other word, is just another day right :) ha! What have you been thinking? I have been observed the last few weeks, friends, relatives, most people have been stress over this 'Lunar New Year Celebration'. Busy with the housekeeping, decorating the house according to 'horse year feng sui', shopping A to Z and preparing to go back home town, what to eat for reunion dinner etc.

Then the next few days will be busy with visiting friends and relatives, not forgetting the 'eat eat eat'. This is the tradition when 'Chinese' get together, FOOD is a must!! Perhaps, this is your one of a year event to meet up friends and have your 'gambling' sessions till late night ^-^

Surely I enjoyed the housekeeping & shopping with Qin Kai since months ago (I don't like last minute work) and also, I tried to share with Qin Kai the tradition at least this young generation will know why we celebrate the new year.

The most important for me during this festive season is to ENJOY and stay at the MOMENT. Appreciate and treasure our love ones. Nothing is permanent.

From the bottom of my heart, my deepest gratitude to all my dearest family members, relatives, friends, students and even strangers who have giving me a helping hand, provide me the support me when I need and love me for who I am. I really appreciate your unconditionally love.

I LOVE YOU. THANK YOU.

I knew I promised I will write more this year (which I am still not very 'ON' yet). You have my word, you will hear from me MORE OFTEN.

Happy New Year.

The land of the Inkas - PERU

Going through all my posts today and saw this article still in 'draft' mode. I couldn't  recall why I didn't finish but it was good as it refreshed my memories NOW to this beautiful Land of Inkas - Peru.

It was a great experience from Cusco till the sacred village of Machu Picchu. This was my first 30 hours flight to the other side of the world, it was my first experience taking 'homeopathic' medicine for the high altitude sickness, my first long hours on horse ride to Marcahuasi mountain, the super cold night at home stay in Lake Titicaca, so many 'first'.....ha ha

I really treasured every trip with Teacher Dehyana. There were so much to see, to learn, to accept, to let go, to love, to forgive and to get closer to myself too. The most important was the self willingness to take the first step and take action. (NO action = NO change and I would just continue doing what I was doing and perhaps still figuring why my life was like that!!)

No doubt, there will be time I have doubt, having lot of questions (how's the weather like, what should I bring along, who will be there in this trip, anything that I have missed, where to have the Yellow Fever Injection and etc.) and not sure if I have made the right decision (the indecisive, fear, not confident etc...) Anyhow, through the consistent in practice to trust and go with the flow --> all turned out to be well ^-^

Wherever I go now, I learn to take one thing at a time, slow down my pace even I am eating, drinking water or walking, always be at the present. When I started to slow down, I can enjoy the beauty around me, I can even sit and observe the bees flying among the flowers, enjoy seeing the clouds in the sky,  I can now paying full attention to listen to what my son has to say to me, aren't all these so beautiful.

Life is great, I want to thank you Teacher Dehyana, Jaime, and all the beautiful friends who have travelled with me to Peru, I love you all for your presence, your sharing, your hug and your love and support throughout the  journey. I wish you all Well & Happy.

Now, you can enjoy the photos. To all readers, I Love you too.

Namaste.

Hello 2014

2013 already passed and I was very grateful and blessed that my family members were in good health, I got to do what I love to do including my teaching, travelling and charity activities; To me, whatever happened in the year became valuable life experiences; which brought me to the next level to be more loving, giving, kind, understanding, trust the process, have faith, focus on the positives and more patient.....the most important MORE AUTHENTIC.

Today already the 2nd week of 2014 and I am READY after spending some days organising the information gained from new year retreat I attended , confirming my teaching schedule, following up appointments, 'facebooking' and updating my blog.

What is the one thing that I CANNOT LIVE without in 2014?

TO LOVE MYSELF MORE  & LIVE IN THE NOW

I will continue to share my experiences and stories throughout this whole year; I hope you will find my sharing motivate and provide you a deeper insight of yourself too.

Wishing you all happy and have peace of mind
