My sincere thanks to Berry for sharing your Journey with Young Living and your experiences with the essential oil. I personally picked up few useful tips and really handy to apply in the daily life too!

I hope my sharing on the 'Everyday Set Oil' gave an insight to those who attending my sharing too ^-^  The more you hands on with the EO, you just love them from A to Z
(this is my personal opinion.).

EO to me is merely an experience, how you can handle the kid's rashes, bruises & insect bites, minimize coughing & sneezing or how to improve focus & concentration, how about to control weight or get health into a more balance stage!

What is yoga? Why do you need yoga? or it is simply the moments you spending time with your colleagues after the long hours at the work desk ^-^

Yoga is not a competition, Yoga is not to see who can do the best pose.  Focus at your own breathing and just be at the present.

The most important is for you to get connected with your body again and listen to your own body!

Love yourself more
- eat what you like to eat
- spend on the clothing you desire
- go dating when you feeling stress
-when you feel tire
- stay calm always
- Joy is the biggest wealth

When you see the best in other, the other will see the best in you too

Laughing is the Best Medicine on earth!

Learn to 1. Trust 2. Communicate 3. Practice Safety  4. Allow time to get into pose 5. Have Fun
"The WORLD will become a Better Place"

Always support each other anytime~ anywhere
