CTE book shop 城邦书局

The first day of Qin Kai term break and we were visiting CTE book shop located in Sri Petaling...

I liked the atmosphere and I could find almost every books that I wanted but not for Qin Kai*  Anyhow, he was happy as he told me he can spend time with me and away from his iPad. Ha Ha (he knew that is addictive but have to have some activities to keep him busy. Parents, you heard this?)

I have bought these books for quarter 2/ 2013; mostly health related. I will share with you more anything exciting :)

Lastly, I have planned a trip to Singapore next week and hope we can visit Night Safari, Jurong bird park or perhaps Kinokuniya @ Orchard Road again (there are lot of books there and also not forgetting the Paul Café which served nice pastry...yummy).

Happy Birth Anniversary Ericca

今天超级好心情,其实每天都开心及好心情的⋯哈哈。

有什么秘密?我想是態度吧。每一天,如果以很愛自己、尊重自己,时时讚美及让自己有空间去发挥潛能的態度去对待每一个人、事物、甚至工作。这样怎不会好心情呢!

今天给自己放假一天,陪妈妈(很多时候,我们都忘了我们的生日就是母难日,一定要好好感恩我们偉大的妈妈,爸爸)吃午餐、逛书店、晚餐吃面線、还有霖買的蛋糕。感恩。好幸福。还有很感恩愛人也在百忙中陪我们吃中飯,真的要珍惜这段美好的时光⋯

朋友们都问我,就只是这样简单?態度及感恩的心?YES,对,看似简单,是要练习的哦!

这也同样的反映着不论我去教课、上课、约会,见朋友,我对穿着一定不会隨便,但也不必过度装扮。这是尊重自己,也尊重对方。不是吗?

在保养、或许稱作"养生"(比较合適),这方面,我也下了不少功夫。从离职到全职瑜伽老师进入等三年了,也把瑜伽是一种生活態度,自然療癒、食療、生活作息的理论连在一起,每天都和朋友分享心德,从中也更深入的领悟,真是受益不少。

以下是每天,每个月都要做的事:
轮棒按摩、練习瑜伽、静坐
每天五色蔬果
睡前头部按摩/ 梳头可以让身体的经络活动起来
睡前写快乐感恩日记
再来按照人体使用手册:一招三式的其中一招,充足睡眠
一週二、三次到户外走走吧。呼吸大自然的空气、让身体远离电磁*
每月第二个星期的奇蹟课程班
毎月至慈善儿童瑜伽课
游览充满资讯的健康二点零,中华医药

100 分父母(2)

今天心血来潮找出了我儿初生的照片,好多感触。也在此刻,觉悟这个点子,"对于孩子值得奬励的行为给予鼓励,是把焦点放在孩子正面的表现上。处罚孩子就是把焦点放在孩子犯的錯。並且会增强孩子天生就是坏、需要被導正的错观念,这样孩子的优点就无法表现出来。"

Spending some time going through Qin Kai's new born photos and memories flashes. It took me a moment to realize 'when we compliment the kid, we are focusing on their good whereas, when we focused on their bad, the kid will have the judegement that they are not good enough and they never excel and hence, they are not able to show their talent!'

好多时侯,只要有状况,我还是会專注孩子所犯的错。结果呢,错也会接二连三的出现!因为孩子已经知道不论他怎么做,我只会觉得他不夠好。我想这情景,你也不陌生吧! 现在,我会时时提醒自己,多多收集孩子優秀的正面的行为及表现,不要吝啬给予支持、鼓励,这会让孩子继续前进的一大推力。

Most of the time, I still have this habbit to complaint and focus on Qin Kai's attitude, behaviour and things that we did that didn't meet my expectation.I have to keep reminding myself, LOOK for the good things he has done and uplift him in that area. There are areas he has been trying hard to improve and why I am not seeing that and praise him?

I am changing that and I can see the result almost immediately that he wanted to show more how good he can have a task / homework done! He even asked me if he can translate a song from the Chinese to English version.

I think he did a good translation. He surely deserve a merit (this is something he is so exciting about to have a merit recorded in his student planner after he submitted his homework!). I gave him a big hug and kiss when he showed me this.

淺谈经络、穴位

还记得上几遍文章提及轮棒按摩促进气血循环(气血=中医让为气、血、水等是构成人体的要素。循环好,就有能力将血液输到皮下组织,将堆积的废物排出)与放松肌肉的理论? 现在淺谈几个会常听到的经络及按压的穴位.

什么是经络?简单说就是气血行走的道路。大家都認为经络是血管或神经,其实应该是说经络包括了人体的血管、淋巴腺、神经等。身体的五脏六腑都有自己循行的部位、时间及穴位。

穴位是什么?人体的14条经脉上共有362穴位。找穴位一定要先了解经络走向! 穴位就像是一个十字口,经络与经络在这十字口做短暂聚集,在此穴位做针灸或按摩,都能调整气血的回圏。

以下我把穴位以身体分段式作分享:上半身(头,臂),背,腹,下半身(腿,膝及脚)

上半身~头部
百会穴
位置- 位于发际上5寸处,正中綫上
改善- 头疼、安神醒脑、明目、预防脑中风及高血庒

风池穴
位置- 位于耳垂后凹陷处
改善- 睡眠、偏头疼、晕眩耳鸣,调节阴阳平衡

上半身~手臂
曲池穴
位置- 曲肘,肱骨外上髁內缘凹陷处
改善-改善高血庒

合谷穴
位置- 拇指虎口两骨之间
改善- 改善头面五官等疾病,头疼、耳鸣、牙关紧闭,口眼歪斜

內关穴
位置- 位于手腕面向掌那一侧 (內关穴为少厥阴心包经)
改善- 工作压力大,长时间伏案打电脑, 按此穴可治疗胸部(心悸、胸痛、胸闷)与上腹部的疾病

手三陰从胸口走向手指,和心肺有关,劃分为三条经络:肺经、心包经及心经
手三阳是走手臂的背面(太阳可以照到的那一面)分別是大腸经、三焦经及小腸经
改善- 多按摩手臂可改善肩颈及上背等问题。

背部~膀胱经(那里有很多穴位,可用轮棒多按摩。)

上段颈椎:改善头疼、头晕、失眠
下段颈椎:手麻、冰冷、五十肩、手肘痛
上段胸椎:胸闷、心悸、呼吸困难
中段胸椎:胃口不好、消化不良
下段胸椎:兩脚水肿、频尿、坐骨神经压迫造成兩脚或單脚疼痛、酸麻、月经不顺、子宫或卵窝机能弱,膝及脚踝痛

腹:
关元穴
位置–肚子正中间綫上,肚脐下缘(大姆指外的四指并拢。足部脾经、肝经肾经3条经络与任脉交会穴),是人体阳气的根源
改善–身体弱、有气无力、提不起精神、排尿不干浄

带脈
位置–在腰间横向环绕一圈
改善–通气血、可治便秘、瘦小腹(游泳圈)、專管调月经及妇科各器官功能

下半身~腿
足三理
位置–位在小腿的前侧,偏向脚小趾那一边(属于足阳明胄经)
改善-改善–肚子里面肠胃疾病

三阴交
位置- 內踝上缘3寸处 (三阴交=肝经、脾经和肾经交会处)
改善- 经前症候群(腰酸背痛、胸胀、头晕)及现代妇科等症状

阳陵泉穴
位置- 小腿外侧面中点 (阴陵泉穴属于胆经;循行经过人体侧面与背面非常多的肌肉)
改善- 跑步所引发的膝盖酸痛,脚踝扭伤,小腿抽筋

下半身~膝盖
委中穴
位置-膝盖的后方
改善- 脚部麻木、僵硬、腰酸、无力

下半身~脚
涌泉穴
位置- 足底前部凹陷处
改善- 耳鸣、头痛, 预防高血压

足临穴
位置- 在脚背第四及五中足骨的后端
改善- 脚背疼、偏头疼

太冲穴
位置- 脚背第一及第二中足骨后端
改善- 神经衰弱、头疼、眩晕、高血庄

快快認识这好记的穴位,大家可以安心在家自行按摩.只要摸摸手指头,推推手臂,让经络通畅,就可以保健。不生病、不必打針吃药,我们做自己的医生。赞吧!

每个人天生体质都不一样,但只要有恆心,用轮棒按摩来放松,接着引用伸展、教育及强化动作来保健身体。
