Great 40!

When I was just a little girl I asked my mother, what will I be Will I be pretty, will I be rich
Here's what she said to me. Que Sera, Sera, Whatever will be, will be The future's not ours,to see Que Sera, Sera What will be, will be...

I can't remember exactly if I asked my mother what I will be when I grown up but I always wondering a lot of things. Now, time has gone by quickly and I am entering the 40th and I am doing Great  :)

I am very grateful that I am doing what I like, I continue to grow in the areas that interest me and most importantly, I am sharing the experiences with my students, friends and whoever that came into my space everyday.

What's the secret? Well, it is very simple, what I believed is that 'know what you want, have the courage and perserverance to pursue it. Remember that you are the best and perfect in your own special way.'

My friends asking me why I am always happy, smiling and is that why I am looking younger and younger?

There's always a price for everything .....

1. Daily exercise
2. Balance diet
3. Healthy lifestyle

Apart from my teaching classes, I practising Manipuraka, Kriya yoga, I started to Zumba and not only that, I am working out routines with my hubby too (so, both of use will exercise together and improve the relationship ^-^). You will find the time when you wanted all that!

When come to eating, I am very strict and at time, my family members telling me I am too rigid ....well, I learnt and become more flexible (if you are hungry, it is alright to eat, but do consider the time when you are eating and choose wiser what you put into your body!!)

I do eat McD, KFC, fast food, junks .....eat with NO GUILT and I indulge all that occasionally and I am happy, Qin Kai is happy and even Roy is happy!! (ha ha)

Then come to detox, there are few Shatkarma Cleansing Technique which are simple yet very effective. (I will cover this in the other topic to share in more details)

How about healthy lifestyle? What time you go to bed? Your dinner time? Do you sleep with your iphone, ipad, apple etc??? How often you do the 'mental detox'? Do you have quality time with your spouse and children? When is the last time you were out in the park? Do you DIY hand and food SPA? Do you spend some time for your ownself? Reading? simply listen to music??

The list will go on and on.................

While I was writing this, there are more and more ideas how I can share out my experience in a more structure way. I am getting very exciting and I am sure with this passion, I will write more and I hope you will enjoy all the precious moments.

Moment for myself

Do you still remember the last time you spend time alone?

I used to find it very 'weired' to sit at the corner of a cafe or restaurant (or even do something) ALONE!

Now, I find the moment just for myself is so exclusive. I can read my book quietly, update my blog or just sit there observing the people around me ^-^ When you mind is quiet and calm, you can observe so many things that you might not see before (even they are there all the time!!! agree?)

My friends telling me - NO WAY. I have to do this, I have to do that, so many things to do every day....Well, all I can say is that you must learn to 'LET GO' slowly and you will be amazed how the things, person that you must take care, will be taken care and in good order without you. I always remember one of my ex-boss telling us 'At work, nobody is indispensable! The moment you are out from the position, they can get a replacement almost immediately!!!!!!)

I must thank you Roy to allow me to become who I am and doing what I want - not to mention his  unconditional love and support. I also have to show gratitude to  Qin Kai as my son for me to learn to be a better mom, he will understand exactly when is the time I will be off and he will be on his own to take responsibility for his duties. Lastly, without my parents, I will  not be here! Thank you dad and I knew you are happy and proud of what I am doing now! As for you mom, you are the most spiritual mother. I love you all.


Today I will make time for myself. I feel peace and happiness in my heart. I enjoy my own company!

Voiceless......quiet time?

Suffering sore throat, cough, flu and eventually lossing your voice?

Last time, it will take me 10 to 14 days to heal with medicines. Now, no medicine, no missing voices (just sound a bit sexy ^-^) and fully recoverd within 5 days!!

Let me share with you the secret: Steam Orange and Sheetali breathing (cooling breath)

How to prepare the steam orange:

1. Wash the orange 
2. Cut it at about 1/3
3. Apply small quantity of salt on both side of the orange
4. Use chopstick to 'make some holes' on the orange
5. Cover the orange as if it is 'whole' again
6. Steam for around 15-20 minutes (I use rice cooker.)
7. Peel the skin and serve the orange immediately

I only have 3 oranges within 2 days and it worked for me.

The cooling breath exercise, you can practice it whenever you like and again, is easy and very effective way to get heal naturally.

Flowers time

I have been wanted to share more of my photographs but they are just good to be displayed on my computer at this point of time.

At time, I find myself so into the session and any composition seemed good but not all the time!

I guessed that's why you can only see few beautiful shoots from most of the photographers after their shoooting trip ^-^ (uhummmm, I am hinting something here...)

Are You Happy?

Read the following keys to live a life of Happiness, Joy and Peace. Just extract the pointers that suit you most (take a baby step at a time....)

1. Everyday is a most wonderful day. Consciously adopt an attitude of gratitude
2. Think positive, talk positive and act positive
3. Consciously speak uplifting and kind words with sincerity in your heart
4. Pump up LOVE and Care in whatever you think, say or do
5. Be consciously aware that you can only love others when you truly love yourself
6. Accept yourself and be truly kind to yourself
7. Show appreciation to people in your space
8. Respect and honor others in the same manner you respect and honor yourself
9. Practice TRUE Forgiveness by forgiving yourself and others unconditionally
10. Don't blame, judge or condemn anyone including yourself
11. FREE yourself from anger,frustration, hatred or regret. Resentment doesn't hurt the person you angry at, it hurts you
12. When you lose, don't lose the lesson
13. Live your own life as you would allow others to live theirs. You are fully responsible for your own life
14. When you realize you have made a mistake, take immediately steps to correct it
15. Smile when picking up the phone. The caller will hear it in your voice
16. spend time alone
17. Talk slowly but think quickly
18. In disagreements, fight fairly. No name calling
19. Never laugh at anyone's dreams. People who don't have dreams don't have much
20. When you say "I love you", mean it
21. Marry a man/ women you love to talk to. As you get older, their conversation skills will be as important as any other
