It was a very pleasant afternoon, was glad to able to cover topics from my experience as Yoga Teacher, the important of Pranayama, roller massage, yoga stretching, use of Essential Oil to balance of diet, healthy lifestyle, grow love & grow knowledge, last but not least, I shared the joy to give back to the society (charity services)!
