LIVE STREAM Yoga!!!

Doing Facebook Live? No No No! Lot of excuses, 'camera shy', 'don't have the devices', 'don't know how to do it', 'it's not going work', 'lazy', 'no mood' etc etc etc

This Corona virus pandemic is really forcing a new experience to everybody (globally no matter where you are!) We all have no choice to pick up the 'new norm' and adapt so we can still stay connected! Actually, anyone ever contemplate what lessons we are learning from this? Let me share on this on a separate blog OK.

Now, looking back all the 'lives' I have gone through, I don't know how I did it 'some really looking funny and  awkward' , but what most important no other than  --> BELIEVE and TAKE ACTION. No doubt, we need to learn to get something done, to grow new knowledge but what I learnt is we will never know if that 'theory' works until we execute it!

It's definitely a trial and error learning! I truly enjoy the process and still lot to learn seriously but I love to share the tips so you might find them good reference and encourage you to take the first step to do the Live too.

First thing first, Tip No 1 -no matter how good you knew your topic, do have enough preparation eg have the scripts as this will become a good guide to watch the time. Tips No 2 - Do not assume the tools (always use the same phone or notebook) or the steaming apps (Zoom, Facebook, Streamyard)- test them before the Live to avoid unnecessary hiccups...

One other important tip - Tip 3 - 'Prepare your family members', especially avoid heavy bandwidth activities!  (so your Live not lagging or even disconnected!). Tip 4 - plan my outlook as well the background.

What's the other tips before a LIVE?

      • Keep the smile (this help to boost confident)
      • Know your audiences / guests 
      • Be steady and pace yourself
      • Stay positive and have confidence in yourself)
      • Practice, Practice, Practice
