Apart from the yoga twisting poses, simple tips to take care the stomach including:
stay calm, don’t worry & be happy
consume more yellow color food
Eliminate cold drinks and raw food
keep stomach warm always
have dinner before 7pm to give stomach enough time to digest and rest
