It’s SUPER HOT these days and do you know you can practice “The cooling breath” or Sitali Pranayama, to cools the body just after a few rounds of this breathing technique.
It’s simple
1. Sitting comfortably
2. Take a few natural breaths to ground yourself
3. Then curling your tongue and extending it out
4. You can form a “o” shape of you not able to curl your tongue
5. Inhale through the tunnel of the tongue
6. Follow your capacity for the inhalation
7. Close the mouth
8. Exhale through the nose
9. Repeat the steps as many rounds as you wish
The other quick tips I LOVE is to use the Peppermint essential oil behind my neck and around my chest ! LOVE the cooling
Pls dilute if you are first time trying the peppermint EO ok.
Don’t forget to drink lot of water too ok.
