If you had your natural delivery, with the green light from your gynaecologist, you are safe to begin exercising a few days after giving birth or as soon as you feel you are ready
One the other hand, if you had c- section, extensive vaginal repair or difficult delivery, pls talk to your gynaecologist and when it’s safe for you to kick start your exercise program
Pls help me connect to any confinement centers or mothers who just delivered their babies to kick start this post-natal yoga.
