Day 11th of New Year, most of you back to work from home, cooking for family members, supervise for kids online learning (very soon this shall pass, kids back to school!!), never ending house chores.... #isthatyou?
Out of the 24 hours and minus the 7.5 - 8 hours sleeping, it’s not too much to allocate 1 hour for yourself. You need to recharge in order to give more (you charge your phone everyday and when you charge yourself?)
